2024年はBABY，THE STARS SHINE BRIGHTブランド創立35年・ALICE and the PIRATESブランド創立20年の記念すべき一年。今回Global Fashion Collective様にご招待頂き、2024年2月New York Fashion WeekにてBABY，THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT新作ファッションショーを開催する運びとなりました。
New York Fashion Weekを皮切りに、ロリータファッションを世界に発信していくBABY・PIRATESの新たな幕がいよいよ上がります。

※BABYまたはPIRATESのお洋服の着用をお願い致します。
※男性のお客様：弊社のお洋服のご着用が難しい場合はスーツなど正装（フォーマルな装い）での御参加をお願い致します。
– Ticket –
今回、全て「お座席あり」でのご案内となります。
お席はノベルティ数量ならびに位置の違いにより、以下2種類に分かれます。
ご希望に合わせて、お間違いの無いようお申込み下さい。
1）ノベルティ2種+前方席 ご参加費￥9,000-
2）ノベルティ1種（ポストカードセット）+2列目以降のお席 ご参加費￥4,000-

*お席の都合により、お一人様3枚まで購入可（お並びのお席となります）とさせて頂きます。
4枚以上ご購入希望の場合、お席は2箇所以上に分かれてしまいますが、複数回に分けてご注文をお願い致します。
*チケットは先着順での確保とさせて頂きますが、お席の配置に関しましては
弊社の判断・管理に一任して頂けますよう、ご理解お願い申し上げます。

※For gentlemen：Please participate in formal clothing such as a suit if you have
difficulty for wearing BABY/PIRATES clothes.
– Ticket –
We only have seated ticket this time.
Seats are divided into the following two types depending on the novelty quantity and position.
Please apply for the ticket according to your wishes correctly.
1）2 types of novelty + front seat
Attendance fee：9,000yen
2）1 type of novelty（postcard set）+Seats from 2nd row onwards
Attendance fee：4,000yen
◎Ticket sales start：at 7:00PM on 12th January, 2024（Fri.）
*Up to 3 tickets per purchase by the reason of seats we can take in a line. For 4 or more tickets for seated, please purchase separately and be understanding that seats may not be in a line.
*Though ticket sales is first come-first served basis, we decide seats arrangement and please be understanding we can NOT accept any request or demand about seats.
*We will notify some customers in advance of their participation and reserve seats in the front before tickets go on sale to the general public.
We appreciate your understanding as this will be handled at the discretion of our headquarters based on the purpose of the event.

【イベント参加に際してのご注意①ご入場について】
会場にはお着替えスペースならびにクロークはございません。
導線確保のため、大きなお荷物のお持ち込みはお断りをさせて頂く場合がございますので、ご注意ください。
複数名様での御参加の場合、ご注文者様へお送りする御参加券1枚を確認させて頂いた上での同時ご入場とさせて頂きますので必ず同伴のお客様もご一緒に受付にいらして頂けますよう、お願い致します。
【イベント参加に際してのご注意②ショーの観覧に関して/撮影について】
イベント中、個人の携帯電話ならびにスマートフォンでの撮影が可能となっております。
それ以外での撮影機器での撮影は禁止となりますのでご注意ください。
フラッシュ撮影は演出効果に影響致しますので、全面的に禁止とさせて頂きます。
なお、三脚、自撮り棒、照明器具、特定のモデルさんを応援するグッズ等のお持ち込みも不可となりますのでご注意ください。
席のご移動や立ち上がっての撮影は他のお客様のご迷惑になりますのでご遠慮ください。
動画での撮影も可能となっておりますが、配信目的の撮影は禁止となります。
イベント中の生配信が発見されました場合は、ご退場をお願いする場合もございますのでご注意ください。
なお、イベント終演後、会場を出られてからの動画のアップは問題ございませんが、収益を見込んだ動画の拡散については固くお断り致します。
個人で楽しんで頂く範囲内で、他のお客様に配慮しながらの対応をお願い申し上げます。
【イベント参加に関してのご注意③ショーの観覧に関して/イベント中の入退場について】
演出の都合上、ファッションショー中は途中入場/途中退場が出来かねます。
17時半にて受付は打ち切りとさせて頂きますので、十分にご注意ください。
会場にお持ち込み頂くお荷物は最小限として頂き、お膝の上または椅子の下に置いて頂き、貴重品の管理は個々で行って頂けますようお願い致します。
なお、お机のご用意はございませんので予めご了承下さい。
その他イベントに関してご質問がございましたら、弊社までご連絡を頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
【Attentions ①About entering to the venue】
◎The venue has NO cloak and changing rooms. Bringing large belongings to the venue may will be refused due to keep aisles safe.
◎Co-attendees have to enter with purchaser by his/her ticket so please come all members together.
【Attentions ②About fashion show/ photo and video】
◎During the event, it is allowed to take photos with your personal cell phone or smartphone. Please noted that photography with any other photography equipment is prohibited.
◎Taking photo with flash is completely prohibited as they affect the performance.
◎Please noted that tripods, selfie sticks, lighting equipment, and the goods for supporting specific models are not allowed to be brought into the event.
◎Please refrain from moving your seat or standing up to take photos as this may cause inconvenience to other customers.
◎It is also possible to take videos, but recording for distribution purposes is PROHIBITED.
◎Please noted that if you are found to be live streaming during an event, you may be asked to leave.
◎Please noted that there is no problem with uploading videos after the event has ended and you have left the venue, but we strictly prohibit the dissemination of videos in anticipation of profit.
◎Please be considerate of other customers while enjoying your stay as an individual.
【Attentions ③About fashion show/ entering and exiting during the event】
◎Due to stage direction, entering and exiting during the show is NOT allowed.
Reception and door close on 17:30.
◎please bring minimum belongings and keep them on knees or under the chair.
Also, please take care of valuables on attendee’s own.
