新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大に伴う入国制限および航空機減便の影響により、
日本郵便では現在、一部の国と地域宛国際郵便物の引受を一時停止しております。
弊社通信販売において新規のご注文はお受けしておりますが、
現状では日本郵便での引受再開の目処が立っておらず、弊社からの出荷時期も見通しが立ちませんので、
その旨ご理解、ご了承いただいた上でのご注文をお願い申し上げます。
なお、すでにご注文、ご予約いただいている商品につきましても、当面の間、弊社より出荷ができない状況となります。
また、他の国および地域宛のお荷物に関しても、航空機減便による日本からの出荷遅延、
ならびに現地郵便サービスにおける配達遅延により、お届けまでに通常より大幅に日数がかかっております。

[To oversea customers] Notification about temporary suspension / delay of shipment
Thank you for your continuous support for us.
Japan Post has announced that their transportation performance has been declined
due to restrictions on visitors and flights caused by the impact of COVID-19.
Now Japan Post is temporary suspending to accept the packages destined to some countries/regions.
Though our oversea online is still opened to orders from these countries,
we don’t know when we will be able to ship them out
since there is no resume that when Japan Post restart to accept packages.
Please be understanding this condition before placing new order.
Also, processing regular/reservation orders can NOT be shipped out for the time being.
Furthermore, in other many countries/territories, shipment takes more days/weeks than always
due to reduction of flights from/to Japan or postal service delay in the country/territory.
