Store stocks in Harajuku store will be almost sale price items during LAFORET GRAND BAZAR so excluded item stocks will be reduced in the store than other stores.
Also we may ask to refrain from inquiring about regular reservation or special order depending on situation.

About reservation acceptance for special items
・This time all special reservation items are available on entry and lottery reservation and this entry acceptance is already ended. Only customers who won the lottery are able to process their orders during specified period noted on winning notification mail. ・When no processing order during the period, selected stock will be automatically cancelled. ・To avoid any crowds in the store, please be understanding that reservation for all items must to be proceeded at once. ・We may ask to come later to pay when the store is crowded. ・For any reasons, substitute payment and pick-up are NOT acceptable. When payment and pick-up, an official identification card is needed. ・We may cancel the winning the lottery and refuse to reserve the items in the case that we can’t do identification or in the case of substitute purchase. ・Also, even if a customer who reserved on his/her own come to pick-up, we can NOT hand any items without a reservation receipt which we issue when we receive the payment.
About measures to prevent the spread of infection
Store will be crowded during LAFORET GRAND BAZAR. Please refrain from coming to the store when having fever or not feeling well. Also please bring disinfection items on your own and use them as necessary. We ask to wear a face mask to enter to the store and to keep talking to a minimum. Our store staff also keep minimum calling out. Photo/video shoot in the store is NOT allowed. For reason of avoiding infections, please refrain from talking on a phone and bringing a food/drink in the store.
About correspondence to crowds
When in front or inside of store is crowded, we may ask to move to the waiting place by decision of our store staff. At waiting place, please follow the guidance by staff and line up with keeping a distance. Also please be understanding that it may takes long time until entering to the store.
About receiving phone call and support to inquiry
Store staffs may ask to wait for a while or to refrain from inquiring in the case the store is crowded during special events. We’ll appreciate our customers’ kind understanding.
